Roberta "Bob" Assassina Former Accountant and Airship Pilot, Roberta started "Bobs Airship Field and Persian Deli" after seeing a need in the growing air transport industry for quality provisioning for airships and their passengers. She has never explained the Persian deli, though it has become a popular diner spot, with excellent food,good service and a wonderful view of the airships arriving and leaving from her field and others in the area.
